Hi Just purchased two beds from this company, one arrived and though quite small its good quality. I emailed the company to chase the other and no response, so tonight I did a search on the reviews and OMG how bad, they have been trading for some time now and so many complaints, there must be something that we can do to stop this

by reading the reviews BEFORE ordering? still, you have received one item and sound fairly pleased with it...........the other may still arrive yet. they could have been out of stock. how many parcels does it state on the delivery note?

Ah yes that advice I would give to folk before they buy!,
I won't get the next bed this company has loads of bad reviews and bizarrely not just dog beds but tens machines. I just wanted to highlight on forum. I'm off to pay them a visit see what difference face to face contact makes!

Similar story. Ordered three dog beds, one arrived, money debited from account. Still waiting for two other beds. Emailed company on numerous occasions, wrote to the address but no reply. There is no telephone number listed. Like you have looked online at the review sites and they are terrible for the tens machines and the dog beds. Think I was taken in by the very professional looking web site and design. I have reported them to Citizens Advice. Will be interested to hear how you get on with your face to face meeting.

:jHi just to let you know I wrote to Citizens Advice and they replied with advice and also said that they would report firm to trading standards. Money was refunded to account over the weekend. So persist with your claim.
