PPI Capital one address?

Hi I was with capital one twice but my acc is now closed and not sure on the account number, how do I go about seeing if im entitled to ppi? does anyone have an address?

Well I'm sure I had cover when i didn't want it as I never have cover on stuff just wasn't sure on where to contact them as my acc is closed incant log in and email them.0

In the first instance, you could pick up the phone or simply write to them and enquire whether you had PPI.0
