I Have had a letter from LLoyds TSb banks solicitors , which is war and peace saying that they are within there rights to claim the charges if the customer fails to ensure there are sufficent funds in the account and it goes on and on and on , then the following day i recieved a letter ftom LLoyds TSB saying they were sorry for the delay in my complaint and thank me for my patiance and to bear with them a little longer so that they/ we can reach an amicable conclusion , is it worth ringing them or just waiting or is this a stalling tactic , or the left arm not knowing what the right arm is doing , But it sounds like there solicitor is going to defend the claim till the very end , should i ring there solicitor ,or will that sound like im affraid of the out come please help
thanks,

I have just had my first sucess £700.00 full settlement 'Eureka'. What I found is that I followed Martins advice and stuck to my timetable each time I wrote a letter giving them 14 days etc. Just hang in there even if you have to use MCOL. When I used the service it cost me £80 but I got it back from the bank as part of my claim. The letters that the banks send are 'eyewash' pure stalling tactics. Right at the end when I had the bank in court they stated that were defending the claim, however their defence turned out to be that they had paid the claim in full, weird but wonderfull. I think it's even when they pay out they will not admit any wrong doing. A phone call is worth it asking if they would care to settle. Stick with it and win. Martin is our hero.:rotfl:0
