Nationwide Flex Direct Account Interest Paid Monthly ?

Is the 5% interest for the Nationwide Flex Direct account paid monthly or annually?

What are the conditions that must be met in order to receive the interest? Is it just deposit £1000 every month? Am I able to still receive interest if I withdraw the £1000 from the account?

The interest is paid monthly. And you need to pay in £1K every month but you can take it out. Plus you need to set up three standing orders. I think that's about it.

I didn't see the three standing orders mentioned anywhere?

No need for standing orders, none on our accounts and still get the interest monthly as long as the grand is paid in.

It doesn't need 3 standing orders either, just 2 DDs.
