An interesting one, I'm pretty certain that they will do nothing about this, and will probably ignore the furore and down right unlawful actions by themselves and probably Parking Eye

I'd lay a sizable bet Weber Shandwick either won't have the guts to answer the post on the Aldi FB page or will ban me ....... AGAIN :rotfl:"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

To the best of my knowledge they never refunded any fake fines levied in Dunstable after they were found to be in breach of their S106 agreement.Je suis Charlie.0

I've had a quick look at the North Kestevan Council planning online regarding Aldi in Sleaford, which is also blighted by Parking Eye. Website problems notwithstanding, what am I looking for because so far I cannot find anything under Parking Eye or Aldi?cheers

Postcode search reveals Aldi-related planning applications going back to 2006, but nothing for the original construction of the shop.
Many councils have only got applications online for a few recent years, they don't go back forever. Furthermore, if Aldi took over existing retail premises then they wouldn't have needed planning permission.
If you are determined to find out then a visit to the council offices should reveal all (for free), but call them first to find out their procedures, whether you need an appointment etc.Je suis Charlie.0 -
As per Bazster's advice, but adding to it, take a camera phone along to 'capture' any evidence. Some councils might offer a copying service, if they do, you will likely have to pay for that. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
