Yep, sounds like she admitted negligence. Have you reported that to your insurance company?
As for the stuff in your car, you should be able to find evidence of it. If they are asking for receipts try checking your old credit card/bank statements for evidence that you bought it. For sat nav if you have or had a subscription to a traffic service or map updates or anything like that it is evidence.0 -
I don't think there is any involvement of any third party as you have your own loss in these accidents. Your car also catches fire so there are some chances of defending a claim. And even you don't have any idea about whose car first gets catched by the fire so you can claim. And for receipts of things lost while accident, you can check credit card history. These may help you.0
