consent order query help please after divorce

please can someone explain what this legal jargon means please?

Save as aforsaid the claims of the applicant and the respondant for financial provision periodical payments secured periodical payments lump sum property adjustment and pension sharing or or attachment orders do stand dismissed and neither party shall be entitled to make any such further application in relation to their marriage under the matromonial causes act 1973 s23(1)(a)(b)or(c) s24 or s25

    It means that there is a clean break, and, except for the arrangements set out in the order, neither of you can claim anything from each other.

    So it would still be possible to apply back to court if you needed to enforce the order that has been agreed, but you can't either of you make any new claims

    thanks im the respondent and have to fill in d81.

    We have 30000 equity in the house to make a clean break we have agreed that ill get £15000 half the equity and ex gets the house so how do I fill the capital section in please?

    a) Property (net of any mortgages)

    B) Other capital savings etc

    Do I put the £30000 in box a or 15000 or nil as have not got the money yet?
