Thomson compensation for Kenya holidays

We were flown home from Kenya last Friday after only 3 nights of our holiday.. We accepted the voucher (Once Thomson finally contacted us!) but be aware that you cannot use the voucher against any holidays in the 'Worldwide' brochure and there's a whole bunch of other T&Cs (Which they wouldn't have gone through had I not asked!) Also having gone into my local Thomson yesterday, turns out the voucher is more than likely for in store use only.. So no chance of online discounts - Still, I'm happy to get a full refund even if it is in the form of a voucher! I was also told over the phone that if we book by the end of June this year and the holiday value is less than the voucher value Thomson will refund us the difference - Sounds too good to be true, but we'll see!

So you go to your local Thomson shop, show them your internet quote of what you want to book, they agree to match it or as near as then you produce your voucher and they agree, Happy Days.
