as above I cant seem to find the barclays address to send my claim for bank charges or do I just send to the standard complaints department thanks x

What bank charges are you claiming? If it's for historical bank charges then you are wasting your time sending the "claim" to any address.
In addition, unless you are deemed to be in financial hardship (according to the Bank's criteria), Barclays are under no obligation to refund anything.
If you are in "hardship", the Bank may typically consider refunds of some charges from the last six months.0
