You can do it yourself but you need a solicitor to notorize it for you (cost vary but £15-30 is norm)
Or you can do it online http://www.company4less.com/ but you'll need to print out m&a wrc for banks.0 -
I'm based in Leeds!
I am aware that the company has to be registered at Companieshouse, but the companies I have come across that provide this service such as:
https://www.incorporateonline.co.uk/...FRtJEAod8FR40A - £23.50 (electronic)
http://www.company-wizard.co.uk/eiw/...formation.aspx
http://www.72hr-formations.com/
www.companiesmadesimple.com
All do this plus more!
I think I will be going for the companiesmadesimple option!
Can you advise me which package I need to go for:
The Bronze company option is suited to those wanting a dormant company, as most banks will ask for a printed certificate of incorporation when opening a company bank account.
Our Bronze Plus formation package provides a printed Certificate on the required legal paper and company registration for just £39.99.
Would bronze be sufficant?
Cheers,

Hi
I went to Formations House & paid just £20 - I printed off my own certificate for the bank & their service was really fast.

Go for the basic service as the others include stuff you don't really need.0 -
