loft insulation offers

Im soooo angry about the offer of free loft insulation-it says i cannot apply if im in housing association house as they have their own schemes-but mine does not-and yet im still not eligable!!! This is ridiculous! Surely these companies could review people individually if thats the case??i cant afford to fork out for a lot of insulation,yet all the housing associations are "lumped in"toghether but while some probably do offer it mine does not,so i have to miss out,and im guessing im not the only one!!

Who is your housing association? This is eligible to you it's just they will want to organise it, my company has done this work for different housing associations they sent out letters to there tenants. A lot of tenants didn't reply or wouldn't coroperate so they didn't have it done."talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides0
