Cavity wall sense at last.

After been told for years that I couldn't get free cavity wall insulation because the installers were frightened to climb on my garage roof without £500 scaffolding that I had to pay for, a company has now said that they will now install the cavity wall insulation without additional cost.
All I have to pay is £99, not free but even if it saves me 10% on my vastly increased gas heating bill it should pay for itself in a couple of years.
Now to find savings on my electricity usage.

Can you provide details? At £99 I assume there's some sort of grant going on.0
