First bank reply + question

So today I recieved a list of bank charges from the Lloyds TSB for the past six years, which am I entitled too:

A.) O/DRAFT EXCESS FEE
B.) UNPAID D/D
B.) O/DRAFT INTREST
D.) ACCOUNT CHARGE

I think A and B, correct?

Also, I sent away 2x£10(£20 cheque) for my debit card and credit card, with two seperate letters for each account, requesting charges. Instead of getting two seperate accounts, I got 2 of the same letter for my debit account only. So after all this waiting I still haven't got my Credit Card statement, yet they've charged me... is this another trick by bank or should I wait for it?

Yes claiming back A and B only are correct.

If the 40 days are not up yet for them to have sent you your statements for the credit card account then perhaps wait, the other alternative is give them a ring, tell them they've cashed your cheque but you haven't received the statements.
