Stitched up in Hospital by UKPC?

I recently had to attend my local A&E to have them dig out a tiny piece of metal that had stuck into my eyeball and was smarting a bit.
I had no money with me so parked in a little known and pretty much unused residents car park. There was no method to pay for the space I parked in.
I have a photobucket link to the photo I took of the sign at the entrance but am not allowed to post it here as I am a relatively new user.
Anyway, after a 3.5 hour wait in casualty I of course was the recipient of a ticket with the notification "registered users only".
I can't see that the invoice for £60 is a GPEOL or that the sign is compliant. I can let a more seasoned reader have a copy of the photo's link if they could be kind enough to post on my behalf.
Thanks.

Why? You've already stated it's not GPEOL and the sign isn't compliant so appeal on those grounds initially as explained in the 'Newbies' thread. Once you've done that you can spend time building a POPLA appeal to make this go away.
You don't seem to be asking a question?0 -
In my view its not a GPEOL, but I was really asking about the sign, which I cant publish.
I was a bit rushed as I had written a more comprehensive post but deleted it and rewrote it when I found I couldn't post the photobucket link to the photo of the sign.
So my questions are:
1/. Can anyone oblige by posting the linky to photobucket and
2/. Once able to be viewed, is it a compliant sign.
thanks.0 -
It's UKPC - it doesn't matter. Just the send the template appeal from the NEWBIES thread. If UKPC reject your appeal then go to POPLA.
This is ALL explained in the NEWBIES thread.0 -

I was sorting the template out, but thought I could adapt it slightly to show more specifically why they should not bother me.
Oh, cheers for posting the sign in question.0 -
Don't bother - seriously. It's UKPC - they are easily beaten. Once they see you have forum support they'll either cave in and cancel the PCN "as a gesture of goodwill" (yeah right), or they'll go to POPLA and lose to your forum-assisted appeal.
Just send the template appeal as-is.0 -
Ah, okeydokey, will do.0

Typical UKPC signage, what IS a designated user, is there a list?
Is it someone with a blue car, maybe someone with a piece if metal in their eye!0
