Some of the supermarkets sell off the black plastic containers that they display cut flowers in - I got some in Tesco but I'm not sure which ones currently do. I'm sure someone else will know. Hope that helps.0

If you can't find any ex display pots in supermarkets, try Poundland or the 99p shop.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

I got some lovely looking black pots from poundstretchers. £1 or so. Wanted similar from Next, £40 for 2 :eek:0

Our Morrisons do 8 for 99p - but they don't always have them - it just depends when you turn up!0

my patio plants are in large square-lipped pots (about 40cms across) - both my new ones this year are black, the shorter one (40cms high) was £1.99 I think from B&M bargains, and I have a lovely tall one (its a least 2.5ft high) for £3.99 from Family Bargains last week.
I was looking at the ones in Argos, the tall ones, but they are £20 for 2, so thats a no thanks (unless i can get them on sale later in the year).0 -
My local Lidl gives away the black plastic cut flower pots, but, as Morrison's, not always available, pot luck reallyEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

lidl or aldi do . you need to ask. morrisons have the flower buckets usually for sale pretty cheap0

As already stated, Morrisons sell varying quantities for £1 but if you don't see them ask someone. In our store they keep them behind the fish counter! The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.
