Hijack this log ...won't let me post get blocked notice did email them a while ago about this problem but they were no help. Is it MSE bug or a problem at my end?
However you can get around it by posting it in a new thread.. still get blocked notice when you post ..but when I check forum page it has in fact posted it in new thread.
Safe mode ...jeeze have been reading some scary things about people not been able to get out of it... computer won't reboot normally and so on ....if anything like that was to happen.. PANIC STATIONS.. I am not computer savvy and if things can go pear shapped it will usually happen to me ! think I am out of my depth here.. I am not confident enough to do a lot of things peeps say in here because I just don't know how too ? I am however very grateful for the help and assistance.. but maybe I need to get someone in to take a look. Only had this new computer a few weeks and already mucked it up...but that's the thing I really still don't know if that update was genuine or not? :eek:0 -

Relax.
It is a genuine update and you were notified because you have Adobe ARM running at Start up.
If you wish to manually update then Adobe Arm can be removed from start up, otherwise leave it.0 -
Thank you ....think I have learned my lesson and will not do any updates that pop up in my taskbar ever again
Have disabled automatic updates from Adobe at start up.
Should I fix this showing up in Malwarebytes scan ?
- HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe ARM] "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0\AdobeARM.exe"
Have managed to sort out scan and save log problem.. now saves log and opens in note pad. :j0
