Just got above mobile, but when its on standby make what sounds like a "Drumroll" about twice a day. More than enough to wake you up if its in earshot. Any ideas how I can stop this? Ta.

How loud is it ? Sounds like its set to vibrate when receiving emails etc. or there's an alarm set ?.

I was just reading this on a Moto forum. Summat to do with vibration, as mentioned, but a loose key(s) makes it sound more "Rattly". Advice was to get a case. Just in case (lol) I got one off Ebay for less than £3-00 and it comes with a stand as well.

Its in a case, notifications are set to "Off". Ill try setting vibrate to off (even thou I want it on & its a noise as well, not just a "Vibrate" sound). Doing my head in, it means I cant have it on overnight as it wakes me up.Thanks anyway.

You don't think it's some sort of notification? Mine does it sometimes and when I swipe the screen down it tells me "Not signed in to BT Mail". I don't have BT Mail anyway but there you go. I should perhaps consider returning it for a replacement. I know the Moto G can be autoset to not ring during sleep time.

Its nothing to do with vibrate, it still does it. Ive noticed that if its been powered down for any length of time, it does it shortly after powering up. Notifications are off.
