I would not worry about a girlfriend moving in and taking your house. It is up to you as well as her if you dont want to have children- take precautions, and if you aren't married there would be no claim. Silly to live like a monk if you are just worried about that.

But it sounds to me as if you could use a Good girlfriend.

I agree, don't take up a night shift- can be very bad for your health as well as social life.

And find the job/area you want to live in first. Then buy the house.

Only four months ago you were saying that you were a 'business owner' who would have no problem employing a young person without work experience. What happened to the business - did you decide to retire?

I'm extremely insecure! I don't expect the business to keep going the way its going, it might, but I'm not confident as I'm always worrying

The issue is if you read through some of your posts you quickly realize that you contradict yourself constantly, information you tell people changes like the wind, and you just generally sound like you're lying at least half the time.

You made information about your life freely available to all who access this forum and then complain that someone refers to it?

Personally I would buy a property to live in and try and get and job and then worry about where to put the rest of the money.

Having high grades at school means less and less the older you get with no experience.

Even if you have no rent/mortgage I'm guessing you might like to eat, heat your home etc plus you have to still pay for water, council tax etc. your money won't actually go that far to be honest without a job to support it.

i agree Bella. the only thing i wonder is how sure berba is about where to settle. if that is clear, then buying to live, or maybe to rent, is arguably a fairly safe idea..even if bringing with it some considerable responsibility.
  • Yes, you may buy a house, it is good because it essential for everyone. Hey, why don't you start a business or invest your money. If you don't want to do a job, then it can be the best way to return your money. According to me investing money is the best option.
