Mine has arrived tonight and they have put my juice and delivery charge through on one receipt for £4.99 and the champers through separately at £58.50 so I have not got the £15 discount for the first shop over £60.
The driver explained it was because the champers was out of stock but they managed to source some and at the time I did not realise this meant I did not receive the discount.
I have therefore paid £63.49 instead of £48.49 so I am hoping a call to customer services will rectify this.

The driver gave me a spiel about how I was lucky as his next customers did not have the champers and how much had been ordered.
I was so busy chatting to him about the benefits of on line grocery shopping as this was my first order that I never even looked at my receipts and notice I had not got the £15 discount.

To update that I've called customer services and they have refunded the £15.
They spoke to the store who advised the in store shopper thought there was no stock so just processed my juice and delivery charge. Stock then came to light which was put through separately in error.
A bit of faff but worth it to get such a bargain.

If they don't bring your order ( because they've run out of champers) and if you try to re-order it again, you loose you £15 first time shoper voucher???

Thanks for this. Just ordered 12 white, 12 red and 4 of the Champagne to be delivered Thursday so free delivery too. I hope the 25% off works with only 4 Champagne!
