What do you mean? It is with the Deposit Protection Service0 -
Ah o.k. That's fine. What I meant was if the landlord hadn't protected your deposit then you could sue him for 3x the despoit as a penalty which would obviously offset your losses but more likely be used as a bargaining chip
As he has protected it, it obviously isn't going to help with the immediate problem.
