Sc&ms 2 Letters

Last Weds I received a letter from SC&M, dated 30th June, offering full and final settlement of my claim. I signed a copy of the letter, agreeing to their terms for settlement, and returned it to them the same day.
The next day I received another letter, also dated 30th June, saying they were going to defend the case, and I should make an appointment to see my Bank Manager for a review of my account. This should be done withiin 14 days.
Which letter do I take notice of ???? seems the right hand doesnt know what the left hands doing !!!!!!
Ive checked my account this morning and still nothing??? How long does this take?

People receving settlements are all receiving 2 letters the same as this, you're exectly right in saying the left hand doesn't know what the rights doing - its Lloyds :rotfl:

I believe it can be up to 14 days to receive the credit to your account. If in any doubt i'd ring SCAM and ask them when you'll be expecting payment, it may nudge them and you get it a bit quicker

Rung SC&M, THEY SAY IT COULD TAKE UP TO 5 WEEKS TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT !!!! WELL THE ALLOCATION HEARING IS IN 5 WEEKS TIME NOW WHAT ?????
