Travel insurance

Hi All

Need some help please?

Just got back of holiday , we left after a weeks holiday to return to the airport, on the way we stoped for a drink at a beach caf! , lots of cars about and lots of people , when we returned our car had been broken into and all our luggage was taken from the car boot . Phoned the insurance company today they say we are not insured for theft from motor vehical ? . we have a police report and also photos of the damage , unfortunately we had to re-arrange new flights home also stay an extra 3 days till we could get new temp passport £ 100 - each!.
Do we have any chance had Kindle and i.pad in suitcase.

Any tips please

We are insured with building society , not sure if I can name them?

Thanks

Was all of the luggage looked in a proper boot or was it in the hatch of a car or estate?

Who are the Insurers / Building Society?

Was the luggage visible from the outside of the car?

    Who are you insured with?

What does the clause relating to theft from cars say?

Do you have any 'all-risks' cover on your home insurance policy - that will give you better cover and is less likely to exclude theft from a motor vehicle if the articles are hidden.
