Just got back of holiday , we left after a weeks holiday to return to the airport, on the way we stoped for a drink at a beach caf! , lots of cars about and lots of people , when we returned our car had been broken into and all our luggage was taken from the car boot . Phoned the insurance company today they say we are not insured for theft from motor vehical ? . we have a police report and also photos of the damage , unfortunately we had to re-arrange new flights home also stay an extra 3 days till we could get new temp passport £ 100 - each!.
Do we have any chance had Kindle and i.pad in suitcase.
Any tips please
We are insured with building society , not sure if I can name them?

Was all of the luggage looked in a proper boot or was it in the hatch of a car or estate?
Who are the Insurers / Building Society?0 -
It was a hatch back 1070
-
Was the luggage visible from the outside of the car?
Who are you insured with?
What does the clause relating to theft from cars say?0 -
Do you have any 'all-risks' cover on your home insurance policy - that will give you better cover and is less likely to exclude theft from a motor vehicle if the articles are hidden.0
