What about the front page of her local paper from the day she was born?
I got my husband that for his 21st, he really loved it, being able to see what was in the paper the day he was born. The local paper I ordered it from did a professional gloss print of the front page which could be framed.
It is still hung in our hallway 14 years on, and is often a talking point with visitors, and our children love reading it as it has a story about where my FIL was working at the time. Nice bit of family history!

I make and sell personalised scrabble art pictures and have found them to be very popular for birthday gifts? Or they have some lovely pieces on not on the high street that I have brought before too? Personalised gifts always seem a little more special xx
