1. This competition is open to UK customers only – we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over and one guest must be over the age of 21.
3. On The Beach Ltd will provide a holiday to the Misguided competition winner that consists of the following; return economy class flights from a London airport to Ibiza, seven nights’ accommodation in a 4 star hotel on an all-inclusive basis. The holiday has a maximum value of £1,000.
4. Accommodation is based on 2 sharing a “twin or double” room. One of the guests must be over the age of 21.
5. The holiday must be taken by 31st December 2014.
6. Offer is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be given. Any amendments to the holiday once booked may incur a charge.
7. On the Beach reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the holiday in whole or in part at any time. In this event, you will be notified by email. We will endeavor to give you 30 days’ notice of this or, if this is not possible, as much notice as we reasonably can.
8. The names and town of the people offered this holiday may be used by On the Beach and Missguided Ltd, on its website, blog, social channels and/or email communications.
9. The holiday cannot be taken during Easter, Christmas, New Year's or other UK bank holidays.
10. All holidays are subject to availability.
11. Prizes exclude: Any departure/arrival taxes. This is to be paid by the winner. Ground transfers to and from the UK airport are not included. Excursions, attractions, treatments and car hire. Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses. Visas and vaccination.
12. The prize excludes Bank Holidays, Summer Peak Season, Christmas and New Years and half term school holidays. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip.
13. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner.
14. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
15. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity including being featured in On The Beach social media and Missguided.co.uk social media and marketing channels.
16. On The Beach and Missguided Ltd will not accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the World Wide Web or in the post. Proof of postage is not acceptable as proof of receipt.
17. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-negotiable, non-extendable and non-transferable.
18. Only one entry valid per person. No purchase necessary.
19. Winner details may be passed on to sponsoring suppliers/partners only for the purpose of fulfilling prize.
20. The competition draw is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of Missguided or On The Beach their subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the competition draw.
21. The competition will open at 09.00 BST Monday 19.06.14. Each entrant must fill out their personal details on the application.
22. Competition closes at 23:59 GMT Monday 13.06.14.
23. The winner will be selected and informed on Tuesday 14.06.14 and will have 96 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not come forward within this time frame another winner will be selected.
24. The prize is not transferable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the competition, including the allocation of more prizes than are available.
25. Missguided’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the competition draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
26. This competition is no way endorsed or sponsored by Facebook.
27. Missguided reserve the right to withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
