Competition Terms and Conditions 1. The competition is open to participants aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and any other person professionally connected with this promotion. 2. To enter, participants must visit and like HotelREZ’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/hotelrez.marketing) (the "Facebook Page") and fill in the required details. 3. Entries must be submitted between [12.00am] on 9th May 2014 and [11.59pm] on 31st May 2014. Entries received after the promotion has closed or received by any other means will not be accepted. 4. Only one entry per person and per Facebook profile. Applications via agents/third parties or by using multiple Facebook or email accounts are not permitted. 5. There is one prize of a 2 night stay at Aqua Pedra dos Bicos a design beach hotel in Albufeira, Portugal. Prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize is subject to the hotel’s availability, and cannot be booked during the months of June to September, nor Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. The winner must provide 3 alternative dates of choice, to best suit the property's availability. 6. The promoter will select one winning entry at random. The winner will be notified by email by the 15th of May 2014. The winner must respond within 5 days of receiving email notification. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that the winner does not receive notification as a result of having submitted an incorrect/incomplete address. The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Facebook Page and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion or its Facebook Page due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control. Proof of submitting an email is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend the promotion at any time without giving advance notice. 9.
