Why does anybody need to scent their cars? Having breathing problems makes it impossible for me to ride in a car that smells of anything other than clean - likewise people who use those sprays or scented candles in their homes - just vacuum. dust and air. Clean really does smell best!

Nobody needs to scent their car. The car works without a scent. They like to do it because they prefer the smell. That is personal preference.

Is it impossible for you to ride in a car that has any odor other than clean? What about a car that hasn't been cleaned for 6 months? Do you never use Taxis?

I agree. Any scent in a car catches my throat.

I just keep a can of Febreeze in the glove compartment.

Once a week i'll spend 5 minutes hoovering it with a handheld dust buster and a quick spray of that and it does fine.

One tin probably lasts me about 4-6 months
