Got a parking charge notice today in the post from civil enforcement Ltd. for overstaying in retail park in Galashiels (Scotland). charge is £100 or £60 if paid within14 days. Advice please.....

Yup - POFA 2012 does not apply in Scotland, so there is no such thing as Keeper Liability up here.
So don't contact them, don't identify a driver and just sit-tight through the load of scary letters they will send you. None of which will mean anything because they cannot take any action against you (not that they are likely to anyway, even if they knew who you are!
As well as reading the Scotland-specific advice in the Newbies Thread, also have a look at the pre-POFA letter chain thread in this forum for a fair idea of the rubbish they will send you over the next few months, so you are ready for it. 0
