Theatre Tickets - Booking Fee

Options
I have applied for limited tickets for a theatre event in July

I have been successful for 2 pairs at £20 each. The tickets have arrived but I have not been charged on my card. The tickets have arrived and state '1 Adult £20 plus BF' which I assume is booking fee. I would have thought the ticket should have just cost on and not the booking fee.

I agreed to buy the tickets at £20 each, I didn't think they could stick a booking fee on without informing me at point of sale and that they certainly shouldn't just stick £20 plus BF on the ticket (they should state the cost of the booking fee I'd have thought!)

thanks all

Did you buy them online or over the phone?

One possible reason it just says '+BF' and not an amount, is that there are a number of different resellers for the event, and they charge different booking fees.
