Emirates Customer Service

My sister and I were due to fly to Delhi with Emirates at the beginning of March. I was rushed into hospital just a week before and had to undergo emergency surgery. As a result my Consultant advised against travel. I now need a no show letter from Emirates to confirm I didn't fly to enable my insurance company to settle them claim. To date, despite 7 e mails to their on line help desk, I have had no response. Can someone please advise? I have contacted the CAA who say there is nothing they can do and advise either contacting CAB or Small Claims Court ... ... Not very good customer service from such an Organisation. I am one very unhappy ex-customer.

Have you called them? They may have a specialist department which deals with it, rather than sending it to a general email.

    Get advice from Emirates themselves.

Depending on where you live it might also be advisable to pop into one of their regional offices, I used the Manchester Airport one and they were very good.
There are 10 types of people who understand binary, those that do and those that don't !
