You have to share and not click skip this step or it gives you no box for your email also if you click the terms that also then does not let you share again to get the box although you can vote again after doing that
I am not sure if we can enter by voting in each countries category or just the once

Entry and competition process

2.1 To enter the National Lottery Promotions Unit ("NLPU") Competition entrants must:
1. 2.1.1 Complete the National Treasures facebook survey app and share the survey with facebook friends when prompted. Provide an email address in the pop up box to enter the prize draw
2.2 All entries must be received on or before 24.00h 27th May 2014 UK time.
2.3 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the competition, the operation of the technical system or any other matter arising out of the entry process, the decision of NLPU shall be final.
2.4 Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of NLPU) will NLPU be liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result in connection with this competition.
2.5 NLPU reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice in its absolute discretion. Any material changes will be advertised on the website www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk and such posting shall be adequate notice to all users.
2.6 The Winners will be notified on 28th May 2014 via email.
