Mortgage for non UK tax payer???

Looking for some advice as not getting anywhere fast!

I have a property with no mortgage (will be buying it through family), I am transferring this to be my UK residence.

Current house will be sold and mortgage paid off. Have been a uk mortgage payer for 15 years, plenty of good credit history.

I am employed in the UK, shareholder of UK company, paid to UK bank but as of June will be on 90 day rule and not paying UK tax.

How do I get a mortgage on this property? It seems complicated and struggling to get a straightforward answer!

Any advice or pointers greatly appreciated thanks!

Lots of reason why this will be tricky and not answered on this forum.
