    No more, nor no less a problem than the person who complained you looked tired. Have you thought that the complaint being made against you might somehow be a response to your complaint???

    I think what people are trying to say is, have you considered the possibility you could be a part of the problem? You do seem to attract some negative behaviours.

    If you're regularly coming in knackered and it's clearly self inflicted and affecting your performance then I'd say it's a cause for concern your employers.

    If you come in once in a blue moon having had a bad night's sleep due to something out of your control then it's none of their business.

    I don't think a work colleague asking if I am gay is anything I can have any control over

    I work shifts so I defy anyone not to look somewhat tired after working all night

    I'm not suggesting you do, but the fact that these things keep happening to you might suggest that you rub people up the wrong way. No one here can know that either way, we do not see you in work, but it is something I would certainly think about.

    I haven't wasted time reviewing your previous posts but if, for example, your job requires you to operate machinery then 'looking tired' could easily be the basis for a safety concern.
