Amongst other things I was reported by a colleague for looking tired and dong something I didnt do
Would it be approriate to ask my employer if they are concerned that someone has reported me for something I didn't do

Surely no-one would comment about someone else looking tired unless it was out of concern for them? But if they have also stated you did something you didn't do, then I think we can forget the concern motive.
Wouldn't it be up to this colleague to prove you did whatever?, ie rather than you having to disprove it.
As for reporting someone for looking tired, since when was "not looking tired" part of any job description?
Some jobs (eg public-facing) expect people to slap a fake smile on their face, but even then these people will obviously sometimes look tired because they are tired.0 -

'Amongst other things' - it's the 'other things' that may be more relevant.
You need to concentrate on the 'what' and the 'why' of the complaints and have a chat with your manager about his/her concerns.:hello:0 -

No exactly. In employment law there is no requirement for proof. To act fairly (in law) an employer only need a "reasonable belief" that misconduct has taken place.0 -
Was this the same colleague who asked if you were gay?0

OP, you seem to have a never ending string of run-ins and complaints at work, and to have a constant sense of grievance about your colleagues and management.
Do you think that it's possible that something you are doing is winding everyone up?
You've suffered more problems in the last few months than most people do in a career. It's starting to sound as though it's more than bad luck, and definitely sounding like it's time to try somewhere new.0 -

Never ending string seems to be overstating it slightly
And someone asking if I am gay is something I have no control over. Other people on here have said they would have been offended by the question0 -

Not really. Remember your outrage at someone looking at you in a way that you didn't like? Do you remember the incredulity of most on here who could not believe that you were being so precious about it?
I have to be honest, if I had a member of staff who was as problematic as you, and who complained so much, I'd not be keen t keep them on.0 -
God help me if looking tired is grounds for complaint, most days I go in looking half-dead!Mortgage Free since January 2018!0

And that's why we have employment laws
And what problem did I cause by not liking being looked at in a condescending manner?
What problem did I cause by expressing on this board my dislike at being asked if i was gay0 -

No more, nor no less a problem than the person who complained you looked tired. Have you thought that the complaint being made against you might somehow be a response to your complaint???"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
