You havent mentioned your complaint reasons. So, we cant really comment on whether you have a valid complaint or not.

In what way. You are entitled to complain about anything you like. Even the colour of the carpet at the dealers. However, you will need to tell the dealer why you are complaining. You dont just say you think you were mis-sold. You give reasons for why you think you were mis-sold.

Its a reason. Just about the weakest reason going and one of the easiest for them to reject a complaint on due to lack of evidence supporting your allegation. However, you could make a complaint on that basis. You may get lucky but the odds are against you. Have you got any stronger reason?

You have the right to complain yes. Unfortunately, car dealers won't have been regulated prior to January 14 2005, so they can dismiss our complaint.
