Claiming PPI on loans that i went Bancrupt on

Hi Everyone,

does anyone know if i can claim PPI on loans i had and went bankcrupt on. I was discharged from Bancruptcy nearly 8 years ago and wondered if i could claim ?

You are not entitled to complain about it, that rests with the OR.
If you did complain and were successful, the OR can ask for any monies received back.

The OR would demand the money be handed over, but the point is moot since the Bank concerned would send the remaining redress to the OR.
No Bankrupt receives PPI redress personally.

Nope. I meant that if you complained in error, such as if you didn't know you weren't supposed to.
