So much support - thank you xxxxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Molly (( hugs)) I have to agree that you have to look after yourself too. You are a fantastic mother and daughter, sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time.
Julie - sorry to hear about your dh stepmum.
My dd is now ok, my grandson still on neonatal they are not happy with his feeding yet, dd is going to be given a room on neonatal until he is allowed home. The staff at the hospital have been fantastic.

...Hubby had a call from the hospital yesterday saying if his pre-op was ok he could have the hernia op next friday. Cue much fretting and worry from me. He is absolutely fine about it. I'm praying that they will be able to do it by keyhole surgery as there is a better recovery from it. I don't know what I would do without him. I've bought him some pj bottoms as he didn't own anything like that and I wanted to spare the nurses the sight of him in his tighty whitey's :rotfl::rotfl:....
If he's having a hernia op, they will be exactly what he will want for a while
plenty of support and no hanging loose!!So much support - thank you xxxx
But thats what we do when we can't all live next-door to help you out. Hope all went well at hospital.
