I found my mums mobile that was 'lost or stolen' [in a bag in the recycling bin]!

Obviously i no longer need the replacement i bought from Amazon, on their e-mail it says if the item is not collected from the amazon locker by the 20th tuesday it will be returned for a full refund.

There is nothing about incurring charges for return delivery, alternatively for me to return it by other methods will incur a charge, £4 to return by locker and £6 by post.

Any thoughts?

Don't see it's any different than rejecting a delivery made by a courier, which is pretty much a standard procedure. We did that recently for exactly the same reason - either pay to return it and carry the risk of it being delivered safely, or get the courier to return it for free and keep it in their possession.
