Clearling debt on cards to a loan?

Hi
I need advice on the best way to get a long term loan for low monthly payments and no early redemption fees for paying off any of the debt on two credit cards totalling 10,000 please.
Basically I have an offset mortgage owing 104,000
Car Lease
Two car loans that I took at for children in their twenties as they have poor credit rating as they live in a family home and have no mortgage. They do pay me by standing order to pay these debts, they have secure jobs in teaching.
I pay all my debts on time and i have a secure full time employment. However because of the financial commitments i already have my credit rating with experian is rated as good, but i am struggling to apply for loans to stop paying the huge interest on the barclaycards.
Your advice is greatly appreciated, thanks

I have no facillity to borrow any more I have enquired with Barclays, that was my first thought as the interest is only 1.35% thanks0
