I,m confused HELP

sorry if I being needy but had a Parking eye charge for a car park in Canvey Island it only tells me its on the seafront no address to identify exactly where car park is, any way I have as the registered keeper made my appeal to them using a template from here adding that I needed the full address of car park , they basically ignored my letter sending back 2 letters asking for payment, I again used another template stating I was unable to make an appeal without information about their legal right charge me etc. again a letter stating my need to pay, and that they had formed no contract with me and would not pay any invoices issued to them for alleged cost and then a separate letter with a POPLA form and a copy of their appeal listing lots of court cases they have won also that I had used online forum defence to dispute the charge using generic queries they have seen before , so long story short Help I don't know which template to use for my POPLA appeal I find it very confusing sorry again was hoping they would crumble sooner

If you read the Newbies sticky thread, there is a post about POPLA. There is a link called 'How to win at POPLA'. Follow this, it gives you templates for a variety of different appeals for different parking companies.

There's a couple for ParkingEye, pick one, edit it to suit your needs then post it back here to be checked.

    Ok slow down.
Re read the Newbies thread at the top. Look at post 3 on the thread and follow the advice there.
When you have got your template post it on here with the private details missing and someone will check it over for you.
You can then submit this to POPLA.
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.

Jeez, that's one looooong sentence, not a full stop or paragraph in sight.

You'll need to break things up for any future appeal, otherwise it's going to be very difficult to understand any points you are making. I wonder whether PE had similar problems?

I though you may like a update I have won my appeal with the help of a link I found on this site, http://www.parkingticketappeals.org.uk/ the £16 fee was money well spent I feel .

The help and advice I gained from here was invaluable to start my appeal, but as pointed out by umkomaas I was in danger of baffling Popla with my lack of punctuation and ramblings , and I also found my self unable to choose a template that seemed to fit my case , or even decide how to amend it to fit , so I used the "Parking tickets appeal site "and very quickly my appeal was lodged and now successfully concluded.

So thank you all again for the time and effort you put into this to help the likes of me , it is much appreciated

Once again Parking Eye did not bother to produce any evidence. Chickens!
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Well done comp1. The Parking Tickets Appeals Service is run by two highly experienced and trusted forum members; they know their onions and you were in safe hands.

Good result for you, good result for PTAS, bad result for ParkingEye :T

PS - I notice you seem to have found where the comma and full stop buttons are on your keyboard. :rotfl:
