Hi all, just issued an appeal to a charge I received from Parking Eye for £100 using the sample letter from here following the advice given in the threads. Thought I'd keep this forum updated and hopefully add to the success rate!
Cheers for the help, here's hoping!

Welcome to the forum. Well done on working through the NEWBIES sticky to get you to where you are with this.
Could you just clarify that the appeal you've made is the initial appeal to ParkingEye (I think it is) or an appeal to POPLA?
If it's the former, spend some time getting your head around how to construct a winning POPLA appeal (NEWBIES sticky, post #3). When you get your POPLA code, post up your draft appeal here for any help you might need with fine tuning. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
