EON biling hell
Can somebody please give me some advice advise on what to do next. My mum moved fro one flat to another, on the same court, the 2nd flat larger than the 1st. She moved into the new flat in February 2013. The supplier for each property was EON. We gave them the meter readings for both properties. In July 2013 my mum called EON to say that she had not received a bill. The property was coming up as unbillable due to the complex meter system and no product details. It was picked up in May 2013 that the account had been unbillable but nobody did anything about it. After querying no bill and the debit amount again, still no bill arrived. In April 2014 my mum received a bill for £802.10. Upon me EON they admitted that somebody should have done something about this earlier. It as gone to the complaints dept but I am still not happy. They are saying that my mum still owes £669. They are wanting to increase her payment to £124 a month. Bit hard on a pension. Where do I go next for help?

Have you contacted (email address is on her profile) the Eon representative? She answered your other post: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4973916
Try to get amount reduced under back billing and then sort out a payment plan to pay the remainder off?0 -
