City and Singo bingo very suspicious activity in free rooms

This is my first thread so hope I've put it in the right place.
I signed up for many bingo sites last year and did very well, nothing massive but little wins here and there that built up. I haven't played in quite a while and thought I'd have another go. My favourites at the time were City and Sing bingo, so I had a go on the free games.
I set up my screen so I could see both sites and found to my surprise that both the games I was playing on each site not only started at exactly the same time, but had exactly the same number of players and almost the exact same people won - the only difference being an extra added number or digit to the end of the usernames.
I find this very suspicious behaviour for sites that claim to be regulated and according to City's Fair Play information the following takes place:
"To assure the integrity of our games, a Random Number Generator (RNG) is always used to ensure consistently random results. Whether it’s the bingo ball selection, a roll of a dice, a hand of cards, or a spin of the wheel, in each event a Random Number Generator (RNG) is utilized to ensure that the outcome is truly random. The system has been rigorously tested by running millions of rounds and examining their results. The system is also systematically tested by City Bingo."
Not sure how this can be with what I observed on both sites.

It's in the terms
Shared Games
The company may, at its sole discretion, decide to share games between different brands. This means that players may play in bingo games that include players from other brands.
I guess they do this so the rooms look busier and they have multiple brands all playing the same game on the same server, just with a different lick of paint interface.0 -
thanks for the explain, it just looked very suspicious the way that the only difference in the winners was a number or digit tacked on to the end of the username. I did manage to win a £1 but wasn't watching at the time, I would have been interested to see who or what won on the other site for the same game, cos I didn't win in both, but every game I did watch the same people won on both sites in both games. Just a bit confused at that :doh:0

Also, don't some of the bingo companies take part in national games from time to time?
I remember a few of them advertising this on TV a while back, I think it was Gala or Mecca advertising certain games being run in multiple bingo venues across the UK.0 -
You're right about the total lack of transparency though - it's entirely possible for the host to be running phantom players, and you'd never know.0
