Has anyone heard of Flash Park at all? My DD has just got a ticket from them for parking on school grounds to pick up one of the children she childminds.
She says there were notices but she has been told in the past that it is ok to pick up. They took a photo of the car, though you cannot see the reg number on the picture.

It's a 2 stage appeal and we always win - 100% record at POPLA* for over a year. So send her here to check out the NEWBIES sticky thread and to copy & paste the first stage appeal template to send to Flashpark (yes, we've heard of them, yes, we beat them).

Basically someone from the school takes a photo of the car and it's VRM with their smartphone, uploads it to the FlashPark website, school gets a Brucie bonus from FlashPark, and you get a ticket. Nasty!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

What a scam! Look at that youtube vidio do it your self private parking charge. :eek:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
