Euro car parks fine PCN letter 1 help

Hello,

I a new to this forum, please help! I received the first PCN letter within the 14 day window stated in POFA from ECP. I compared this to paragraph 9 and it seems the only thing is the description of the charge. The letter states that;

"The P&D/permit purchased did not cover the date AND time of parking"

The actual ticket bought does cover the date and time of parking but it is an hour under. So paid for 4 hours did 5 but the limit time for parking is 2 hours. you would have to punch in your registration number in order to purchase the ticket anyway so it is not transferable. I am looking to appeal the £100 PCN as I was away when the letter arrived so missed the discount window. Please can you help? should I use the template letter on the newbie sticky thread? Should I also send a copy of the bought ticket? It is an hour later.....

Please help!!!!

Just send the template letter, this detail isn't needed and you'll win anyway.

Thanks for the reply, should I send a copy of the ticket as well? the letter states that the notice is for P&D not covering right time and date.

The ticket does cover right time and date except the driver overstayed by an hour.

    Thanks

    No, just keep it simple.

    hello again,

After sending the template letter in the newbies thread, Euro car parks replied with all the proof for liability. They said I failed to adhere to the signage on site which is a breach of terms and conditions D. They have therefore rejected my appeal.

They sent a pre estimate of loss and a picture of the signage on site. The thing is they are claiming that there is no record of a ticket purchased on my number plate (which there is - i have the ticket however I over stayed by an hour).

I am worried what do i need to do next? They have an Automatic number plate recognition camera. Please help

should be a popla code and claim form as well

check for this 10 digit reference number , then check it using the parking cowboys checker in the newbies thread, then read post #3 of that thread , click the links and formulate your extended appeal based on the same points (or more) as contained in the template appeal letter

all their anpr cameras do is record entry and departure times , it is also a flawed system as can be seen in parking pranksters blogs

not a gpeol , no contract and bad signage tend to win for the most part , especially the former,so find a similar ECP appeal and adapt it for yourself in notepad

    good luck

no point, too late is TOO LATE, late appeals are not accepted, so I am afraid you missed your golden chance to quash this invoice
