Competition opens for entries online on Monday 19 May 2014. Competition closes for entries online at 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday 27 May 2014.
The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the close date in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

There is one prize consisting of:
a) A 2-night stay at Champneys Spa Resort for the winner and one companion:
· 2-nights’ accommodation at the nearest Champneys Spa Resort to the winner’s home address (either Champneys Tring in Hertfordshire, Champneys Forest Mere in Hampshire, Champneys Henlow in Bedfordshire or Champneys Springs in Leicestershire) on a full-board basis (buffet breakfast, 3 course buffet lunch and 3 course dinner) based on two people sharing a twin room. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
· Use of Champneys Spa Resort facilities, complimentary robe hire and the following spa treatments:
o Champneys Massage- 25 minutes
o Champneys Relaxing Facial – 25 minutes
o Thalassotherapy pool session – 25 minutes
· Return train travel from the winner’s nearest train station for the winner and one companion to the winner’s nearest Champneys Spa Resort (either Champneys Tring in Hertfordshire, Champneys Forest Mere in Hampshire, Champneys Henlow in Bedfordshire or Champneys Springs in Leicestershire).
· Transfers to and from train stations are not included.
This element of the prize must be taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation, is subject to availability at the time of booking at the discretion of the Prize Provider and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and UK Bank Holidays.
Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
The prize must be claimed and booked by the winner within 12 months from the date of the Prize Provider’s initial correspondence with the winner.

b) 24 packs of All Bran Cereal
· 24 packs of All Bran Cereal (including 8 boxes of All Bran Golden Crunch (390g each), 8 boxes of All Bran Flakes (750g each) and 8 boxes of All Bran Berry Crunch (320g each)) delivered to the winner’s home address.
