I wouldnt worry too much, it took them ages to get in touch with me & that was the way I found out, rang the courts then things seemed to happen!Official DFW Member 587 :T0 -

Sometimes the bank tell MCOL that they are going to defend but it will not get passed to your local court till MCOL get the paperwork.
Best way to contact MCOL is via email. Keep it short and sweet and quote your claim number and you will get a reply within a few hours
MCOL will write to you and enclose a copy of the defence when they pass it to your local court. Then within a couple of weeks your local court will write to you telling you what to do next. All the court do things differently (I know I've been passed onto 4 separate local courts! Great when you are equidistant from 5 courts
