Experian and Capital One

Hi there, about two weeks ago my Experian report showed my credit utilisation of 94% which was my Capital One account.
Checked it again a couple of days ago and my utilisation has changed to 0% and 0 available credit and Capital One account is no longer there.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Shows on Noddle and I think Equifax never had it either.
