Companies where replying to NtD is advised

I know the general advice is to wait for a NtK when a NtD is issued. One of the provisos against waiting is when the NtD is issued by a specific company (such as NCP, JAS, P4Parking etc). Does anyone have a more exact list of companies which you would not recommend waiting for? I am currently looking to update my flow chart with some more accurate information on this matter.

It's as exact as I can get it in the NEWBIES thread although I was thinking of adding JD Parking to the list, also Meteor when in a railway car park. In both instances I have seen shenanigans rather than an NTK when the person waited!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
