This is fine. You should also complain to the DVLA and the BPA that Alcoa are stating keeper liability applies even though the notice was served outside the timescales. Send a copy of any and all of their letters which say keeper liability applies stating this is a complaint to aos@britishparking.co.uk and Hugh.evans@ DVLA.gsi.gov.ukDedicated to driving up standards in parking0

I did not refer to the creditor point numbered 5 in my original appeal and have repeated some of the points about lack of clear signage frm my original appeal.
That's OK, you can add whatever you like for POPLA stage and that will win!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can I just check, am just looking through the letter informing me about the POPLA appeal process. There is a form attached which I need to complete and submit electronically (preferred). There is a section which states 'why are you appealing' and a choice of the following 4 tick boxes -
1. The vehicle was not improperly parked
2. The vehicle was stolen
3. The parking charge ticket exceeded the appropriate amount
4. I am not liable for the parking charge
Is it correct that I am ticking boxes 1, 3 and 4? There is another box below to submit my reasons. Can I do this whole thing electronically, rather than complete this form which has been sent to me?
Deadline is 10 June, but I'm trying to get it done today / tomorrow.
Thanks0 -
Yes tick all except the vehicle was stolen.
Yes you can submit it all electronically via the POPLA web site - in fact I think POPLA prefer that.0 -
bullet point the appeal using numbered bullet points with the header of each topic
repeat the numbering and headers in the main appeal points like in this example https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4939792
then copy down to just before the expanded points and highlight and copy into your clipboard
paste into the popla appeal box , , also put "see attached full popla appeal" , then attach the complete appeal as an attachment so they get a precis in the appeal box and an attachment with the full appeal , you will then get an email acknowledgement from london councils0
