PPI Redundancy cover

I had redundancy cover on a mortgage with Yorkshire building society some years ago. I still have all the paperwork but wonder whether this would be a case for a PPI claim. Would appreciate any advice

If you think that redundancy cover was mis-sold to you then you have a right to complaint to YBS about it.

ut wonder whether this would be a case for a PPI claim.

That isnt how it works. There is nothing wrong with having PPI. The issue is whether it was sold correctly or not. Most MPPI complaints get rejected. So, you can see that its not just a case of asking for your money back. You have to have been mis-sold.

    So, were you mis-sold?

Just having an insurance policy (and having the documentation) is not in itself a cause to complain. However, if you have a valid complaint then supporting documentation is an added advantage.

On what basis do you wish to complain? Do remember, it is not simply enough to have had the insurance -it has to have been mis-sold to you..
